About Beacon of Hope

It was after serving in Ecuador in 2004 that Dr. Slone became burdened for the needs of those that lack health care. After completing medical school in 2009, he was able to embark on several other foreign medical missions trips. The desire to start a medical missions organization weighed heavily upon his heart. Overwhelmed by this great need, he began to search ways to meet their health needs and alleviate their suffering. It was with much seeking that Beacon of Hope Medical Missions was formed.

Our goals and objectives:

• Facilitate short term foreign medical, dental, vision, and surgical clinics
• Utilize cutting-edge medical technology, forming Remote Access Clinics through telemedicine
• Organize free domestic clinics
• Partner with organizations sharing similar goals
